NASBOE unites state licensed sportsbooks operators to protect and promote the integrity of their business. Our goal is to ensure a collaborative exchange-based sports betting and prediction market process through compliance, innovation, and industry cooperation. BetEx helps sportsbooks generate additional gaming revenues and wagering taxes for the states versus the Kalshi model which bypasses states and cannibalizes the business of the gaming industry.
